Response time
We aim to reply within 3–5 business days. As a solo project, please allow some patience.

02Report a bug

Found something broken? E-mail us with as much detail as you can. Helpful reports include:

  • What happened, and what you expected to happen
  • Steps to reproduce it
  • Your username (or “guest”) and roughly when it occurred
  • Your browser and device (e.g. “Chrome on Windows”, “Safari on iPhone”)
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

03Report an exploit or cheating

If you discover an exploit, security issue, or a way to manipulate scores or leaderboards, please report it responsibly instead of using it:

  • E-mail support@typingdungeoncrawler.com with the subject line “Security / Exploit”.
  • Describe the issue and how to reproduce it. Please don’t share it publicly until it’s fixed.
  • Don’t access other players’ accounts or data, and don’t run denial-of-service tests.

To report another player you believe is cheating, include their leaderboard name and what you observed.

04Appeal a ban or suspension

If your account was suspended or banned and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal:

  1. E-mail support@typingdungeoncrawler.com with the subject line “Ban Appeal”.
  2. Include your username and the e-mail on the account.
  3. Explain why you think the action should be reviewed.

We’ll review each appeal individually and reply with our decision. See the Terms of Service for the rules that apply.

05Account & data requests

You can delete your account from within the game. For data access, correction, export, or any other request under the GDPR, e-mail support@typingdungeoncrawler.com. See our Privacy Policy for your full rights.
